Class Description

 

This class is designed to introduce the student to the basics of yoga as well as provide them with the practice.

 

The ancient root branches of Yoga such as Ashtanga, Hatha, and Pranayama will all be incorporated throughout the class curriculum.

 

The philosophy of what yoga really is will be covered in the beginning of the class.
