My earliest experience of meditation was when I was in Pondicherry (India) falling asleep in early morning meditations at 4am. Growing up in India, yoga and meditation were always a part of my life in one way or another. While it's always been a passive part of my life, it is steadily becoming integral to my every day experience. The benefits of a practice like this can be invaluable to a student or practitioner, and I'd like to invite you to come breathe with me.
I also make films, train martial arts, have made music and love writing fortunes.
