A writing intensive course that will teach students how to create scripts using proper techniques. Each student will have the opportunity to start their own, personal, script. In this class, students will learn how to format a storyboard, create a treatment, write a beat sheet, build a character analysis, and format and how to write a cohesive script. Scripts can range from a TV pilot, a spec script, or a short film script.
The course is 15 hours (3 hours a day M-F). The age range for this course is 14-18.
This course is 15 hours in total, 3 hours per day for 5 days, Monday-Friday. All times are Pacific, please adjust for your time zone.

Louis Napolitano graduated from Quinnipiac University, in 2018, with a Bachelor of Arts in Film, Television, and Media Arts. He is currently pursuing his teaching certificate at Ramapo College. During his time at Quinnipiac University Louis has produced and directed multiple scripts, one being a feature-length script, as well as multiple TV scripts.
Outside of school Louis has been an instructor for the Incrediflix film camp the past two summers. He is also heavily involved in the theater arts. Louis has five pets, two dogs, two cats, and a turtle.
