As she moved up the corporate ladder functioning in various human resource management roles, Audrey learned the leadership skills necessary to empower others to create opportunities in a rapidly changing and challenging work environment.

After years of working in the corporate world, Audrey left this arena and take on a new role as a consultant, HR specialist, and career coach forming Innovators & Motivators, Inc., a human resources consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create tomorrow’s opportunities out of today’s challenges while saving BIG money.

Audrey specializes in the professional development of executives and managers by designing, developing, and delivering leadership skills classes. In a nonprofit Audrey played a key role as a Job Readiness Coach/Personal Development Coordinator on a multimillion-dollar grant for displaced workers.

Possessing a dynamic stage presence; Audrey tells it like it is and brings years of knowledge, enthusiasm, and practical strategies to every training program she conducts or keynote speech she delivers.
