Welcome To My Experience

I am was born and raised in Oakland, California, and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in the early 2000s. My family owned a real estate brokerage from 1940 to 2001 where I obtained most of my early hands-on business knowledge. Over the years I learned the financial, administrative, and client aspects of the business. I held customer service and administrative positions early on in my professional career. In the early 2000’s I attended college for business and entered into the call center arena.

I began providing recruiting, training, appointment setting, BPO, and consulting to call centers and businesses on an independent contractor basis. I expanded to contracting with international clients on various campaigns. Most of my contracts depend on the client’s needs and are never really handled the same.

In 2011 I continued my education in Legal Studies with a minor in business. I obtained several professional licenses over the years and continue to expand. I have successfully registered my business with the SBA, Dun and Bradstreet, the SAMS government contracting database, and other databases. I have also participated in business podcasts as a guest and for business showcases.
