Do you have a group of friends that want to do a course together, and they meet the minimum number of students for a course? Write us at email@example.com to see if we can set up a private course for your group of friends.
Cancellations can be made at any time through the Tuesday before the course starts for a full refund. A pro-rated refund of 80% can be made for cancellations through Monday (the first day of the course). There are no refunds allowed after the first day of the course unless the course provider has not completely delivered their course, in which case there will be a pro-rated refund. Refunds will not be provided for students that have to be removed from a class for behavioral reasons.
2. What is the Summer Camp Online student behavior policy?
Course providers must follow a three strike policy for children. First problem will get a warning from the course provider. Second problem will entail a phone call to a parent from the course provider to discuss how to improve the situation. Third problem will be a removal from the class. Not doing so comes at the expense of all the other students enrolled.
4. Who do I contact about course questions or problems?
You should contact the Course Provider for any questions or about any issues with their course. Summer Camp Online is a host for the courses, but the courses are the property of the Course Providers themselves. However, we appreciate if you can send us feedback on your experiences (whether positive or negative) to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take the info into account for future planning or if you need further help.
